Liverpool Waterfront
The Cunard building is located on Pier Head, part of the world heritage site which makes the Liverpool waterfront one of the most recognisable skylines in the world.
The Cunard's unique position means that it is surrounded by many cultural and tourist attractions - world-class museums and art galleries; a wide range of quality hotels; top restaurants and bars; and easy walking distance to one of the North West’s best shopping experiences.
In addition, the Cruise Terminal, Isle of Man Ferry, Convention Centre and Arena are part of the fabric of this dynamic waterfront area.
The development plans to extend the waterfront, mean that the Cunard will be located in the heart of the new vibrant city quarter - where people work, live and socialise. Many prestigious companies are already resident along the waterfront, but the planned £5bn investment, extending to over 2km along the banks of the River Mersey, has outline planning permission for 18.3 million sqft. (1.7 million sqm) of mixed use development floor space across 60 hectares. The project offers a variety of opportunities for developers, investors, land purchasers and occupiers across an eclectic mix of sectors including Residential, Offices, Hotel, Retail & Leisure and signature buildings
